CONTEMPORARY PROGRAM
For students ages 7 to 18

Contemporary Ballet
Contemporary Ballet is a style of dance that integrates movement from classical ballet with elements of modern dance.
As a dance style in a category of its own, Contemporary Ballet has its roots on classical ballet techniques and rules, but challenges them to move and experiment in a way that defies the classical tradition.
At Inspire School of Ballet, the Contemporary Ballet program seeks to provide students the opportunity to keep the artform alive in a new and evolved form that infuses their own perspectives, feelings, and histories.
