ACADEMY PROGRAM
For students 7 to 18 years old
​
The Academy Division offers classes for ages 7 to 18. Enrollment in these classes is by placement only in order to ensure the proper level for each individual dancer. Dancers will continue to progress through our six levels of ballet, attending class multiple times per week. Students will explore a large variety of classical ballet terminology, enabling them to adapt to all styles and techniques of dance. All dancers will work towards building flexibility, strength, musicality, coordination, concentration, and communication of expression through movement.

ELECTIVES
In addition to six levels of classical ballet technique, ISB students in the Academy Division also participate in our studio's elective classes to further strengthen their repertoire as dancers while complementing the skills learned in their technique courses.

COVID-19 Protocols
At Inspire School of Ballet, your dancer's health is our top priority. Our studio abides by all COVID-19 regulations and protocols set by the county. We meticulously sanitize all frequently touched surfaces, equipment, and classrooms before and after class.
Additional safety measures include regular temperature checks, providing hand sanitizer to all students and staff, limiting our class sizes, and giving each dancer a 6'x6' space to dance.

For your dancers safety and until further notice, all dancers must wear masks while at barre and during center exercises at the studio.
